Motorhome Rental Terms and Conditions
The motorhome is handed over to the Renter in a clean condition with a full fuel tank and must be returned in the same condition unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The rental period is calculated by calendar days: each day of collecting or returning the motorhome is counted as a full rental day. Collection of the motorhome on the evening before the rental period begins may be possible depending on circumstances and will take place at an unspecified time.
The gas cylinder levels are recorded when the motorhome is handed over. Compensation will be calculated if the level changes by 2 or more divisions, whether it increases or decreases (i.e. both by the Renter and by the Lessor if the Renter refills the gas cylinder during the rental period).
The average daily mileage limit is up to 500 km. Exceeding the limit is calculated so that every additional 1–500 km is considered one extra rental day.

- Tableware and cutlery (depending on the vehicle, a set for 6 or 7 people: dinner plate, soup plate, mug, fork, teaspoon, tablespoon and knife)

- Levelling ramps
- Long power cable with adapter
- Water hose with various connectors
- Tool kit
- Jack and wheel wrench
- Premium Thetford Aqua Kem Blue toilet chemicals (sachets)

Payments
The booking fee (depending on the total rental price, usually €100–€200) must be paid by bank transfer no later than the next calendar day after receiving the rental agreement.
The rental fee and the €600 security deposit are payable upon collection of the motorhome. The security deposit will be refunded on site after inspection of the returned motorhome.
The motorhome is covered by comprehensive insurance (CASCO) with an excess of €600 per insurance claim.
